A couple of years ago, no one missed our hometown hero, Michael Phelps, sporting perfectly circular bruises poolside at the Olympics. Now cupping marks are so common, you expect to see them on athletes.
The good news for workout enthusiasts is that cupping can be done simply and safely at home or even at the gym after a workout. Our very own Dr. Tom, will teach you the basics of using silicon cups for many common workout aches and pains. The class includes the price of the cups plus some hands-on practice.

Honor your body with a nourishing day of Restorative/Yin Yoga and Acupuncture led by 200 RYT, Jennifer Lucas & Acupuncturist, Dr. Tom Ingegno, DACM, MSOM, LAc , Owner of Charm City Integrative Health.
Jennifer will lead students through an hour of Restorative/Yin postures to help align the body for optimal receptiveness during the Acupuncture session after which Dr. Tom Ingegno will administer an acupuncture protocol to relieve stress and improve overall health. The protocol is one that has no general contraindications, but please let us know if you have any questions relating to your specific health condition so that we can best treat you!
