Clinical Internship Program (Acupuncture Students)
We offer a limited number of paid clinical internships for dedicated acupuncture students seeking meaningful real-world experience in a busy integrative medicine clinic.
This program is designed for students who want to strengthen their clinical readiness, develop professional confidence, and experience the day-to-day rhythm of a successful East Asian Medicine practice.
What This Internship Offers
Interns work alongside a practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience and gain exposure to:
Real clinical workflow and patient interaction
Efficient treatment room setup and flow
SOAP note drafting and documentation practices
Inventory awareness and clinic operations
Traditional skill development such as moxa preparation
Observation of patient care and treatment planning
When appropriate and within legal scope, interns may also practice skills such as cupping and gua sha on consenting staff or refine technique using approved training materials.
Interns receive:
Direct observation and informal mentorship
Opportunities to ask clinical questions in appropriate settings
Access to clinic books and educational materials for on-site study
Occasional acupuncture treatment when scheduling permits
Access to clinic wellness services outside of patient hours when available
Eligibility for future clinic lectures or educational events as they are developed

Are you a health practitioner that offers a service that compliments our current offerings? If you’d like to work with a group of passionate health care workers please contact us and tell us what you do. We can arrange several different setups and have some room to grow. We currently have a team of acupuncturists, nutritionists, massage therapists and social workers. Several shifts/days available in a bright open space with both private rooms for massage/ acupuncture and consultation rooms that would be perfect for hypnosis, counseling, life coaching, or nutrition.

Integrative health clinic looking for a few outgoing and personable alternative health care students to help with our new location in Baltimore City. Applicants must be interested in merging traditional therapies (acupuncture, massage, nutrition, clinical counseling) with some cutting edge therapies (more on this during interview). Responsibilities would include front desk administration, helping patients with supplements, light cleaning, and supervising patients during certain therapies.
