The range of services we offer help with:
• Nourishing the body
• Increasing Circulation
• Reducing inflammation
• Regulating normal body rhythms and functions

Whole Body Cryotherapy

Whole Body Cryotherapy involves stepping into a cryosauna which is chilled with liquid nitrogen to over -265 degrees for up to three minutes. The person in the chamber wears gloves, socks, clogs and underwear.Whole Body Cryotherapy is an amazing treatment for workout recovery and pain management. It is also effective for treating arthritis, chronic & acute inflammatory disorders, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, weight issues, anxiety, and depression.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage should be considered a necessary part of your health and wellness plan as opposed to a pampering treat. Regular massage can decrease depression and anxiety, improve concentration, and enhance sleep quality. We also work with a lot of athletes of all levels to prepare for and/or recover from strenuous workouts, to ease soft tissue strains or injuries, and increase joint flexibility.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is effective for a wide range of conditions including physical, mental, and emotional problems. Acupuncture can be beneficial for treating a wide variety of diseases, but is most commonly recognized as a remedy for pain, allergies & asthma, insomnia, dermatologic issues, depression & anxiety, menstrual challenges, digestive problems, neurological disorders, migraines & headaches, arthritis, stress, stroke, high blood pressure, and infertility

Cold Plunge Therapy

Cold Plunge Therapy involves immersing your body in cold water (34°- 60°F) for a brief period, typically between 1 to 3 minutes. It can help to reduce inflammation in the body, which is associated with a range of health conditions, such as arthritis and chronic pain. Cold plunge boosts recovery and performance in athletes by helping to reduce muscle soreness and fatigue. This therapy can also have a positive effect on mental health by helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression through the release of endorphins and stimulation of norepinephrine.

Salt Therapy in our Salt Cocoon

Salt Therapy or Halotherapy is the use of microfine salt particles circulated through the air to help open the airways and make breathing easier. Salt therapy has been shown to help with many respiratory disorders such as allergies, asthma, both acute and chronic sinusitis, and more severe breathing disorders like COPD.   Patients have also shown improvement in certain skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy Light is a lot like food. Similar to how our bodies digest fats, carbs, and proteins, we uniquely metabolize colors of light as well. In fact, specific wavelength of red and near infrared light within the “therapeutic window” have been proven across hundreds of peer-reviewed clinical studies to enhance mitochondrial function at a cellular level.
